Thanks to all of you, we were able to celebrate Koshikidaoshi (the end of the brewing process and the beginning of the fermentation and pressing process) last week.
Due to the sluggish sales of “COVID-19 pandemic”, we have delayed the start of production of new sake this season.

Last season, Higashinaka Toji (head brewer), who had been leading KYOHINA, retired, and this season our representative, Takechi, took over as Toji.
As this is our first year, we are not in a position to say that we had no worries, but all of us put our hearts and souls into brewing this year, so if there is any sake that you are interested in, please contact the store that carries it.
